Dear Samsung,

I am so pleased to see that being a so called big company you guys have successfully managed to cheat customers kudos to that.  I assume you have inherited this cheating skills from your Mom as she has cheated on your dad to give birth to the Head of development team of M30s. There was an **bleep** Freeze and Hang issue that you guys bugged in software update and let forced customers to buy new phones as soon as one year warranty is expired.

Dear Samsung,

Its not our crime that we chose to buy your phones...please arrange for free motherboard replacement free of cost. Its your doing and you should bear the cost. 

Please get this done on your goodwill, not on consumer courts
