Since last 3 months I'm Facing issue with automatic restarting and hold on logo or screen freezes In my M31 device. 
While visiting services center they are telling to change motherboard,
Which cost more than half price of device
How many times a user could afford it 
Why Samsung not providing any solutions for their users who are facing this problem without fault 
Not only me Other people with M series or A service are also facing issue

Approx 8 to 10 times I have repeated this also whenever I opens samsung members app it detects log file and ask to share and every time I shared but no response from samsung and no helpful update.

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).
