The issue with Samsung Galaxy Tab A9/A9+ having jittery and laggy home screen and other UI elements have been resolved (atleast for me) by a recent software update.
It's set to have Android 15 with OneUI 7 in June 2025, let's hope this doesn't happen again, fingers crossed!
