Dear Samsung India Support,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service experience and product quality related to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, purchased on May 4, 2024.

My device has been experiencing abnormally slow charging, taking 3 hours to charge just 60%, and over an hour to move from 20% onwards. Despite being under warranty, I have received no resolution or satisfactory service support.

Here is a summary of my service ordeal:

  1. Visited Cell For U (411048, Pune) – Was told they do not have parts available and cannot help.
  2. Contacted customer care, was redirected to SS Enterprises, Katraj – Visited personally only to find the center closed without prior notice.
  3. Earlier repair at Fonewala Communication (Kalyani Nagar) – Poor service and delayed TAT. The issue was not fully resolved even then.

After visiting three centers and facing consistent inconvenience and lack of professionalism, I am extremely disappointed with both the product and after-sales service. It seems I have received a faulty unit, and now, with the warranty period nearing its end, I am left with no support.

I request:

  • Immediate escalation and resolution of this issue.
  • Replacement or thorough repair of the device at the earliest.
  • Compensation in the form of warranty extension or service credit for the time and effort wasted.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I expect a prompt and responsible response.
