My Samsung Galaxy Tab s6 lite suddenly got hanged and stuck on the Samsung Android logo. It got switched off and after putting the phone on charge it was not showing the battery percentage only the charging sign and the TAB was unable to restart.

I went to the service center where they said that it was the motherboard problem and I have to change it which would cost around 9500 rupees. Also, they said that you will lose all your data .That's what they always do , samsung care technician do not try to solve the problem , they just do only know two things

1) To reinstall software ,by complete resetting the device

2) If that dosen't work then by changing the complete hardware without checking it.

That's what technician told me when I go for service.

So I go to local repair shop , they assure that this is common problem now a days , and it can resolved by reballing the CPU Or sometime power IC.

90% cases it would work fine , without loosing data.

It cost about 3000 to 4000rs to get repair this.

Samsung should not do this. We trust this brand, this name and they are playing with it.

Reboot Tab by pressing and holding both Power (Bixby) button and volume down. Once screen turns off immediately press Power and Volume Up, let go once you see Samsung logo. As soon as the screen gets dark the device restarts.

Regards,

Diana
