Samsung tab a9 plus not working properly after one ui 6.0 update....some time touch not working..and dex also not working properly

This won't work at all. Resetting is not the solution. Avoid updating this version.

Yes...if I keep the device on a flat surface touch isnt working...but if I pick it up and then use it...touch works😶..how??

This issue is something I have faced in other brand devices as well. In nothing phone with android 14 I face it.

It wasnt before.....it started after updating to android 14

It's just lack of optimization then. Nothing os was not an optimized one, now its much better even budget devices. I have had galaxy s devices before and theynwere rock solid. Carl bhai was right that brands like samsung doesn't optimize the one ui for budget devices. I have galaxy m52 which is another example of poorly optimized budget device comaprimg to a52.

i found one thing if we connect external cable its working fine.. submitted to service center
