So I just had my samsung tab S9 screen replaced from official samsung service center. And now my fingerprint sensor doesn't work.
It was working before I gave them for repair.
Then I searched online forums for solution and most of them said it requires recalibration or whatever technical terms. So aren't the technical staff trained enough or just simply carless.
Up top they took like more than 2 weeks for the repair and total bill of about ₹15800 rupees.
I'm paying everything and this is the service I get ?
Samsung you all need to reply. I am tired of you all
