Unable to fetch FASTag Balance via Samsung Wallet

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue with the FASTag service in Samsung Wallet. For the past few days, I've been unable to fetch the latest balance from my FASTag account. The feature was working fine earlier, but now it either doesn't update or fails to retrieve the balance completely.

I've tried basic troubleshooting like clearing the app cache, restarting the device, and checking for updates (no recent update avaliable), but the problem still persists. I'm not sure if this issue is specific to my device (s21 fe) or affecting other users as well.

Same issue as mentioned by others, we can recharge but not able to fetch balance im using an alternative which is park+ where i could see the balance

I think it's a serious bug in there. It was working perfectly fine before or the mid of April but it's broken now

Facing similar issue. Other apps are able to display the balance except samsung wallet

I started using Gpay for the same reason that samsung wallet does not show fastag balance.

Same issue for me as well. All other apps are reflecting the balance except samsung wallet.  Seems to be some issue with the last update. Anyone found resolution for this?
