Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue with the FASTag service in Samsung Wallet. For the past few days, I've been unable to fetch the latest balance from my FASTag account. The feature was working fine earlier, but now it either doesn't update or fails to retrieve the balance completely.

I've tried basic troubleshooting like clearing the app cache, restarting the device, and checking for updates (no recent update avaliable), but the problem still persists. I'm not sure if this issue is specific to my device (s21 fe) or affecting other users as well.

Do two things
1. ensure that your FASTag is not blacklisted or by some settings you by mistake you preventing it from being scanned.
2. Make sure your KYC details are up-to-date with your FASTag issuer.

thanks for suggestion,
but as I already said its working fine earlier and their is no changes in FASTag setting. Also I tried using my friend's FASTag but issue remain same
