Hi Team,

Following up on an issue I previously reported regarding the FASTag feature in Samsung Wallet, where the balance consistently fails to update and displays a “try again later” message.

I had also posted about this on the Samsung Members app (https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Wallet/Unable-to-fetch-FASTag-Balance-via-Samsung-Wallet...)

and subsequently contacted customer care, who informed me that it is a technical issue that would be addressed in a future app update. However, it has now been over 2–3 months, and the problem remains unresolved.

Despite following all the recommended troubleshooting steps like clearing the app cache, restarting the device, checking for software and app updates, and confirming that the FASTag itself is active and functioning, the issue still persists on my Samsung device.

This ongoing issue is causing considerable inconvenience, and I would appreciate it if the team could prioritize a resolution or at least provide a clear timeline or alternative workaround.

Can you atleast read what is being said. He already contacted samsung cc and they said it is technical issue which will be resolved in future app updates. Its been 2 months since this was said and still no resolution. I am also facing the same issue. Reply sensibly pls..
