It’s been more than 10 days since I raised my issue regarding the promotional offer, but still no proper solution from Samsung. Only repeated and copy-paste replies, no real help.
This kind of delay and poor response is really disappointing from a brand like Samsung. I strongly urge Samsung to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
