Hello Members,

I need your guidance and support.
I had collected a promotional offer on the Samsung Wallet app which clearly mentioned that after completing 3 UPI payments, I would get a ₹100 Amazon voucher. I successfully completed all the required transactions and met all the conditions, but right after that, the promotional offer suddenly disappeared from the app.
Unfortunately, I never received the voucher. I also tried reaching out to Samsung support via calls and emails, but till now there has been no response or resolution.
Has anyone else faced the same issue? Or is there any other way to escalate this matter?
