No response for Galaxy Buds claim

I have sent the claim in for the samsung galaxy buds promotion but I have not received a confirmation email from samsung as yet. 

Anyone else having this problem?

I received a confirmation but to date still not feedback about it. I sent an email still no feedback & the number they provided isn't valid

They just sent me an email saying they received my request with my reference number. I did not receive any email to say my claim was successful and they do not respond to emails and the phone number doesn't exist. It's quite ridiculous.

I got an email 📧 that they have given the courier my details for delivery yesterday 🥳

How long did you have to wait for that email?

I got my phone on the 20th and claimed same day

How long did you have to wait for the email (that said it was with the courier) after claiming? Did you received the buds yet?

I claimed on 22 March and still awaiting a email confirming whether mine was successful or not. Even after 3/4 follow ups, I haven't received any communication at all. No one responds to my queries at all.
