I hope someone can help me out here. I bought a Samsung s22 on pre-order online with Vodacom. I claimed my galaxy buds live but never received an email confirming whether the claim was successful or not. I emailed Samsung customer support but still have no response. It's been 11 days since I submitted my claim and I am concerned about the promotion expiring before I get my buds, because it's said to expire end of March.

I am unable to complete the application. When I click on submit an error message says imei already registered

Hi, Anam12 apologies for the inconvenience caused, kindly be advised that in most cases if the form fails to submit and quotes "IMEI already registered" that would mean that the claim went through the first time and there could be a delayed response from the promotions department.
