note 10 plus headphone issue

My note 10 plus headphone automatically makes the volume to zero level during listening to music or YouTube.After that I have to increase volume by pressing volume button of the phone.

The flagship phone should not face such problems.

I have to visit service center is there any solution, pls suggest.

usually the headphone volume is lowered for ear protection from large sound.Check the media volume button and keep it to the required setting
