note 10 plus headphone issue

My note 10 plus headphone automatically makes the volume to zero level during listening to music or YouTube.After that I have to increase volume by pressing volume button of the phone.

The flagship phone should not face such problems.

I have to visit service center is there any solution, pls suggest.

dusre phone se video bana le jab issue aaye aur imei number bhi record kar lena usi video main taaki unko pata lag sake ye yahi phone hai okkk
