Samsung galaxy c9 pro fast charging problem

Verg Slow charging in fact charging mode. It takes more than 3hrs to full charge the battery from 0% to 100%. Today I plugged my phone in morning at 5:30 am at 23% when I checked at 8:00 am my phone charged only 77%. Samsung you told c9 pro has fast charging but it is worst than normal charging.
Now don't tell me to clean charging points or check fact charging is on or off or charge with original samsung charger. And One thing that you don't know that this phone's battery is non removable and you always told us to remove battery and clean the charging points of battery.

Bro just try changing cable. It worked in my case

Do you replaced it from samsung service center?

I used charging cable of note 3 neo that I had in spare. it was also working with J7 charging cable means all samsung charging cable works

Ohh you are using it with USB C type adapter

no bro I use s6 and that had such fast charging issues. You may try a USB type c connector cable but that should also be of samsung else if your phone is in warranty visit service center

heloo c9pro user very sham on samsung...they r not able to solve charging issue...i tried all things...i visited care centre too they cange charger and cable too, then then took my phone two days...all tried fail....
its our, very wrong disision to buy samsung c9pro at 36900...samsung cheat...they commet and not having sollution...
other hand after 3 month other cheap phones got naugat...but samsung not giving naugat in c9pro
