Samsung have some unnecessary things involved with its One UI 6/One UI 6.1.1-

  • Remove Globle Goals, Samsung Free, VPN Max, My Galaxy and samsung shop. These are unnecessary apps comes with every samsung phone.
  •
  • Samsung should introduce some animations like lock/unlock animation, fingerprint animations, charging animations etc.
  •
  • Samsung should introduce new well designed wallpapers like depth effect wallpapers, wallpapers that should feel crystal clear and plain to the clock side and design to the bottom side.
  •
  • New app size setting should be there so that we can change app size. It feels so heavy and big in every samsung phone display.
  •
  • Samsung amoled display doesn't looks like amoled and feels bright every time even on the black wallpaper.
  •
  • Samsung AOD doesn't have much options and the brightness of AOD is very poor.
  •
  • Every samsung phone have the same problem of having freeze frame. On daily basis, many times a day the screen refresh rate decreases for almoast 5 second.
  •
  • Samsung camera shutter is laggy.
  •
  • RAM Management is poor.

I'm not sure which phone you use but for me samsung screens are perfectly fine, never had any ram related issues even tho I multitask and play games.
AOD brightness ill agree with you there, but I don't really use it.
You can change app sizes in current one UI 6.1 and in One UI 7 from long pressing home then pressing settings then grid sizes.
Samsung has a new charging animation with one UI7 and as for depth effects and other animations download goodlock app from galaxy store.
And the unnecessary apps issue is true tho I'd say samsung wallet/pass is somewhat helpful.
