Help post — I set a pattern lock on my Samsung Duos A3 (6) phone, but I’ve forgotten it. The phone contains all my documents; how can I remove/forget the lock while keeping all the documents?

you can recover it through Samsung or Google account via Lost Mobile function or any third party antivirus app which may help to remotely reset the lock. Otherwise try all possible combinations of patterns you had used to lock the phone.

Go to findmymobile.samsung.com
Sign in with your Samsung account (same as on the phone)
Select your device → choose Unlock → confirm with Samsung account password

The problem is I’ve forgotten my Samsung account. Is there any other way?

Use the Find ID link, to know your Samsung credentials.
Unfortunately, in the event when you lost your unlock pattern set, neither you're able to log in to your Samsung or Google account, your phone have no way for authentication, In such scenario your files on the phone is irrevocable.
