Regarding updated android version 9.0 pie version

Hi.i bought S9 phone with android version 8.0 now its upgraded to pie version but my phone not getting updates. Whenever I want upadat my phone .its showing. Already updated but reality it's not updated..can u help me out.

no.i buyed in middle east Kuwait...even here also pie version is released...according Google updates..but it's not updateding.i don't no why......???
