Today morning I went to my desk to work on my samsung note PC. When I opened my lid I noticed a crack sound . And when I look at the hinge part I saw it physically damaged .

Today a samsung executive came and checked physically my laptop and he was telling that the hinge is physically damaged and it would not be covered under warranty . But I told him that it was samsung's manufacturing fault the hinge was making little cracking sound from yesterday and today morning when I opened up lid and it make a cracking sound again and when I viewed it's bottom part I noticed a small separation between display and the hinge at the left part . So it's totally samsung's manufacturing faulty . Samsung should definitely repair it for free of cost as it is under the warranty.

Same issue happened for me. When i took it to the service center they told me that there are some samsung models with hinge defect and can be covered under warranty. But now they're saying it is physical damage. It is totally Samsung manufacturing fault but they are claiming it as physical damage. No scratch on laptop no damage done to the laptop how can they say it as physical damage and it is not covered under warranty. It is waste to buy Samsung products with such a worst servicing.
Same thing happened with my laptop ,when I tried to open the laptop noticed cracking sound from the hinge and its broken ,it should be covered in warranty, it is model error not human error ,I believed when this thing only happened with my laptop but on internet i found hundreds of people with same issue , I purchased laptop last march I didn't expected this type of error from competitor of apple .when we spend that much amount on any laptop we expect to run properly for 2 years minimum ,l have tried almost every brand laptops but this thing never happened with any of them .I am not going to pay any money for the repair ,is there any warranty that this thing will never happen again after 2 months ,as a student I didn't earn that much to repair every 2 months ,next time I will never purchase any samsung technology. I didn't expected this from samsung .it is big failure

Same happend with me @samsungindia why you are creating such bad latop hardware and its too expensive as well . we can puchase mac book insated of this ? and whats a bad warrenty policy you have just taking customer hard money thats what you want . I will never recommned samsung laptop to any one further .
