Samsung Galaxy Book issue

I have Galaxy Book 3 360 and there is this issue I am facing earlier it used to connect to my Samsung Buds Pro perfectly but yesterday I paired it it was giving very noisy audio output like when we are very far away from source bluetooth device and today it stopped working I mean it got paired but there is no audio output and the video also is playing but audio not coming from Laptop Speakers supposed to come through buds but no results whatsoever.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly reset the buds once: Galaxy Wearable App >General > Reset.

● Make sure you are wearing the earbuds correctly. Check that you are wearing your earbuds properly. This will differ depending on the model.

● Check your Bluetooth range between the earbuds and your phone.

Make sure to use the earbuds and your device within 30 feet of each other. The distance may vary depending on the environment and your earbud model.

Avoid using the device near obstructions that can block the Bluetooth signal, such as walls, routers, electrical equipment, or electromagnetic waves.

● Adjust the volume settings on your device. You can increase the sound on your phone using the Volume Up key. If the volume is set to max but the sound output is low, it is probably because the phone and earbuds have two separate volume controls.

To control the volume on the earbuds themselves, you will need to set up touchpad commands. You should also should check the media volume limiter settings.

● Check the earbuds' battery status. If they have a low battery, it may be necessary to charge the earbuds. You can check the battery level in the Galaxy Wearable app.

Alternatively, you can insert the earbuds in the case to check the battery life. Depending on your earbuds, the charging case indicator light will be located on the front or rear of the case.

Kindly check the same Buds with another laptop or other buds with the same laptop, if still facing issues, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device and headphones.
