Dear Samsung Team, 

This is my final notice regarding the defective Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 laptop. The issue started last month, and on 13th December 2024, the Goregaon Service Center confirmed the laptop had a major hardware failure (defective motherboard) after thorough diagnosis. On the same day, I requested a full replacement or refund. Despite this, your team delayed the resolution.

On 24th December, Mr. Raman Kumar contacted me, claiming the laptop was working fine. Acting on this statement, I visited the Goregaon Service Center again on 25th December 2024, where Mr. Asim, Service Engineer, and Mr. Nadeem Ansari, Manager, rechecked the laptop. I was present throughout the day, and the error persisted despite trying all possible solutions. The laptop was again confirmed as manufacturing defective by the service center.

This situation constitutes misinformationmisguidanceunfair trade practices, and a deficiency of service. Providing me with a defective product has caused financial loss, disruption to my professional work, and significant mental harassment.

I request you to provide me with a full new replacement or refund of the laptop. If this matter is not resolved by this date, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue to legal authorities and consumer forums. I have documented evidence, including hardware error reports, service center visits, call recordings, photos, and videos of the defective laptop, to support my case.

I hope Samsung values its customers and resolves this matter promptly without further delay.
