I’m using M31 since 12months it is a nice phone but since 1 month I am experiencing some serious issue with the phone, the phone is Hanging and Auto Restarting multiple times in a day, I already tried factory reset but the issue is the same

Yes since the update lot of M series users are facing the same issues but there is a solution to get rid off this issue. Go to Settings >> Apps >> All Apps >> One UI Home >> Clear Data

is there system update available please update immediately and restart the device

I prefer you to Change Motherboard
