: Urgent Issue After One UI 7 Update on Samsung A34

Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing to report a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy A34 device after updating to One UI 8. Since the update, the phone has been experiencing the following problems:

The device hangs frequently and becomes unresponsive.

The display keeps flashing randomly.

The phone switches off automatically without warning.


These issues are severely affecting my daily usage. I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a solution at the earliest. Please let me know if a visit to the service center is required or if a software patch is expected soon.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
