Who are all Facing Freezing and Restarting issue. Please find below the steps to share logs correctly 


1. Dial the string *#9900# 
 
2. Debug level-->mid--(Phone reboots if changed level) 
 
3. Again Dial *#9900# --> Disable Upload Mode 
 
4. Reproduce the issue. 
 
5. Dial *#9900# -> Run dumpstate/logcat/modem log -> Copy to sdcard (include CP Ramdump)
 
6. Extract the folder named log from My File and share for analysis of the issue. 
 
Note : Compress the log file as .zip and share at membersindia@samsung.com

No,by sending your device log, it will be useful to find the issue whether its in software or hardware

Ok bro i have a doubt if we send log files to developers directly with an error report they can fix bybthe next update so why don't you send it to devolopers

I already shared, by R&D analysis suggests it will be a Hardware issue but I don't this its a hardware issue😑
