I recommended a lot of phones to my friends and brought for them as well.
All phones are mid range phone under 20000
They are complaining about hanging,lag in touch responses even on phones with 90 and 120 hrz screen.
Mostly the lag is because of shifting between 60 to 120 hrz or 90 hrz. Please don't bound users with adaptive and 60 hrz options. Let them chose between 120,90,60. Do not care about battery let the user decide how they want to keep there phone.
Second problem my friends are talking about glitch while opening notification panel. It does not open smoothly always shows a glitch. Please fix it out.
Third problem which is related to hanging issue. As the skin of the phone is too heavy. The processor sometimes can handle everything properly. Please do not focus on providing to much features in phone instead focus on best performance. Please optimize the skin better for mid range phones as well. I know you cut out lot of features but still not enough for the processers used in the phone.
Please don't not launch so many phones in mid range. Laugh less but better so that people can not deny to buy it. You just thought a54,a34,a24,a14,a04,A04s,M54,M34,M24,M14,M04F54,F34,F24,F14 thank God F04 is not there. People want best phones not a lot of phones. Please focus on quality more than quantity. Only single series is enough if it would that much good that people can't think to go to other brands.

Till the last year I was recommending samsung to everyone.
This year Motrola is doing a great job. I am recommending there phones. Under 30000 and above 30000. There phones are coming with best processor, best screen, best design, best android experience. Motrola edge 40 is best to recommend against a24,a54,a34. One phone against 3. It wouldn be great if the samgung launch the single phone like Motrola instead of 3 as there One is heavy on your three.
Below 20000 lava agni 2. It is best package phone under 20000.
Buy samsung canot do this.
This year no phone is valid to recommend from samsung.
Do not believe in quantity like Chinese brands believe in quality. Quality help you to compete against them not quantity.
If they did that they wouldn't be able to sell more phones. If your midrange phone didn't hang or have a problem and lasted for years how would they make money? There isn't a phone in any price range that doesn't have a feature missing. Flagship and higher midrange missing SD card slot, headphone jack. Midrange phones don't have a decent processor or well optimised OS. Forget about the budget phones, they're just feature phones with a big screen.
