hi im facing a problem. actually i have two locks, pattern and finger screen & i have forgotten the pattern lock but im unable to change it as i have to draw the previous pattern first. please guide me how to change it. i can still unlock phone through finger print scan but i need to change pattern lock.
go to samsung website and in application you will find find my mobile just insert your Samsung account and you will find open the device and you will find all the password will be delighted
