Galaxy Sjust one observation, did you try to switch off the mobile data and try to use the phone? I kind of have the feeling that reduces the heating on the phone...(I need to test more) If that is the case, this could point to the issue with the chip.

Galaxy Ssame issue here! a mild chrome use drain the battery like crazy and overheat the phone.
it's a real garbage! I tried everything.
I come from a p30pro where the battery lasted way long that with the s21ultra and the phone never heated.

Galaxy SI don't blame you for being a samsung fanboy.Even I am one.
But when the customer spends his hard earned money for the flagship, he/she exects flagship level performance and not over heating.
Even the split screen view stops and the camera stops with a warning message from overheating
Please visit these links that proves overheating persists in S21 series for Exynos 2100 to which samsung needs to seriously think about.
Below are all the proofs of Overheating:-

Follow this thread that clearly states that Samsung S21 ultra is plaguing with overheating issues
https://www.reddit.com/r/samsung/comments/l3y8ez/s21_ultra_5g_exynos_overheating_really_quickly/
More people in Samsung Community have also complained regarding the same.Check those out as well:-

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s21-series/s21-ultra-overheating/td-p/2750281
I don't know if Samsung will rectify this over software update or it will start manufacturing new batches with better quality control..
But, people including me are dissatisfied and unhappy with Samsung at the moment because of this overheating issue.
So please acknowledge the fact that issues with Silicon Quality for Exynos 2100 persists
