Call Hold Feature

Whenever another call comes while I am already in a call, it provides options whether to put on hold the current call, reject new call etc. What I want is a default setting which would be automatically applicable everything a new call comes while a call is already going on. Any settings which can achieve this?

ENABLE SMART DUAL SIM
BY
SETTINGS > CONNECTIONS > SIM CARD MANAGER > MORE SIM CARD SETTINGS

AND CHECK AGAIN !

CALL > SETTINGS >CALL SETTINGS SUPPLEMENTRY SERVICES
[ CHECK OPTIONS HERE ]
DON'T CHANGE UNNECESSARY SETTINGS !

I tried that but phone is not reading the supplementary services, which I believe is another issue.

And there seems to be no explicit default setting for call hold under that section

CHECK IS YOUR " CALL WAITING " OPTION IS ENABLED OR NOT
IF ENABLED YOU WILL GET CALL WHILE CALLING ON AND IT WILL GIVE TO OPTION RECIVIEING OR CONTINUE ON CALL

IF YOU DISABLE THIS
CALLING PERSON WILL GET " BUSY TONE " AS NUMBER IS BUSY ON OTHER CALL
AND YOU WANT GET THAT TWO OPTIONS
!
AND IT WILL CONTINUE ON CALL!

Humm.. Actually call waiting is disabled but I can still receive the other call and put first call on hold
