I have been a long time samsung user for not less than 10-12 years.
Got samsung s21 ultra Exynos version i.e 12 gb variant pre-ordered.
It's overheating especially in camera app with mild camera usage with just clicking pictures.....not even recording videos.I used cpu monitor app to track the temperatures.
It always reaches 42-48 degrees C and above with mild camera usage to the point that camera shuts down with overheating message.
The metal frame adjacent to the camera bump heats up which is uncomfortable to the touch.
Dont know if it's a software bug or hardware fault. Is anyone else also experiencing the same issue?????
Shame on Samsung for manufacturing such inferior products i.e Exynos 2100 in India and not snapdragon.
If overheating problem persists, even after software updates, this is gonna be my last samsung and I will take all necessary steps across all social platforms to educate people not to buy Samsung.

I believe you answered the question yourself. its the unpredictability of 2100 the problem, it could be worse and best for different people. If a car manufacturer builds a car and in that some of the models have 5kmpl and some have 25kmpl then there is something fundamentally wrong with the engine manufacturing. 2100 should have an even experience for all. not like great/no heating issue in one model and bad/worst heating issue in another. This level of inconsistency is bad.

Absolutely I also agree. The smartphone giant needs to perform the quality checks thoroughly before releasing and should be very concerned about customer experience rather than just making money from substandard chipsets

Just wait for one or two software updates to resolve the issue. If it doesn't resolve the issue reach out to the service centre and ask for a replacement.Even I am also gonna do the same.

I use CPU Monitor App.
Moreover I have also used an infrared temperature gun/device to check for these increasing temepratures
