S24 Ultra Camera Issues

S24 Ultra Camera is byfar worst camera by Samsung especially if you are upgrading from S23 Ultra, you will realise it s a big mistake! 
S24 Ultra Camera is badly lacking & giving following issues, even after One UI 6.1 update
1. Improper White Balance 
2. Oversharpening eyes, skin texures, & some random things in the picture 
3. Unnecessary Grains Even If the picture is clicked in good daylight 
4. Sunset & Sunrise Images look washed out & Dull whereas S23 Ultra used to make it look Contrasty, Vibrant & Detailed. 
5. Images taken in slight shadow section in open day light looks grainy and over sharpen
6. Anytime a direct light is facing anything the shadows are seen very dark and after clicking they are processed and showed over brighten, loosing the depth & over-all accuracy of the subject. 
7. By Far the worst Scene Optimisation. Very random. Sometimes good, sometimes very bad. 
8. Portrait Photo and video, both has a bright white line around the focused object makes it looks highly artificial. 

Hoping they fix it in 6.2 or else I am downgrading to S23 Ultra or Pixel latest series.

I too am tired of the poor software optimisation for the cameras. Really hope next update fixes it.

Wait till Sep. Andi if not fixed please move on to other brands offering far better camera with same hardware a way better price.
Don't be a fanboy.
Like i did and got this garbage camera phone.
Will wait till iphone 16 series launch then switch to either apple or other brand.


Samsung will also wanished from indian market like LG n sony n HTC
If they don't listen customer's voice

Absolutely agreed.. Even i am waiting for new iphone launch with ios 18.. Worst device ever bought considering the price...

Hi,

After May 2024 Update also the below ISSUE was not fixed..

So Dissappointed 👎 👎 👎

SAMSUNG Urgently need to fix below Issue....

All S24 Ultra Users once check below Issue mobile once.....

Even I am unable to use samsung S24 Ultra even 10 minutes in Sunlight...


After using mobile for 3 minutes or so the Screen is getting Over heated & Unable to see the Display as it will become DIM after that it will become Normal only after you go it Indoor..

Unable to Use it even 10 Minutes in Sunlight Displayyyy..

Even we checked in My friend's S24 Ultra, Similar Issue in that Mobile also....
This Issue is Not there in S23 Ultra...

The S24 Ultra Display is very bad & Worst Display even when you compared to S23 Ultra also...

it's BIG ISSUE in a Samsung S24 ULTRA Flagship Mobile But Samsung was Unable was not taking this issue very Seriously and Fixing it !!!!

Even 10 thousand mobile we can use as much as time in Sunlight and it's Display is Super in Sunlight...

But Purchasing S24 Ultra Flagship Mobile of Samsung with Lakhs of Rupees But Unable to Use for even 5 minutes in Sunlight...

This is Very very BIG ISSUE in the Samsung Flagship Mobile S24 Ultra.

So Surely it's Samsung Responsibility to fix this Issue

or

Else Do Recall All S24 Ultra mobiles and change Displays

or

Refund to all effected S24 Ultra users

I Have already done that.
Customer Support Team Copy Pasted their standard responses three times. In the last response they asked me to factory data reset. I'm not gonna do that because problem isn't in my OS. Problem is in camera's image processing. S23 Ultra has same sensor and it has sooo much better Image quality, color science, vibrancy etc..
