Camera issue in S24 ultra

I have upgraded from Note 20 Ultra to S24 Ultra and I see the photos in main camera and selfie is very grainy and has very much noise. Is it the same with all s24 ultra or with mine only? 

Asking opinion from s24ultra users.

The photos looks normal but its very grainy.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.

● Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Tried everything and still same issue. Other lenses are okay they are taking amazing pictures. Its only the main camera lens and selfie. I just brought the phone one month ago with so much expectations and now I am heartbroken. I even visited customer care just compare camera quality with other s24 ultra but there was no other s24ulta to compare.

Feeling so much disappointed and heart broken.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon.
