Galaxy STo help address the issue effectively, please follow the steps outlined below:
Update Your Phone: Ensure that your phone is running the latest software update. Software updates often contain bug fixes and improvements that can help resolve network-related issues. You can check for updates in your device's settings.
Reset Network Settings: If the issue persists after updating your phone, you can attempt to reset the network settings by following these steps:
Go to "Settings" on your device.
Scroll down and select "General."
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset."
Choose "Reset Network Settings" and confirm your selection. Please note that resetting network settings will clear your Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth devices, and cellular settings. You may need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords and reconnect Bluetooth devices after performing this reset. Otherwise, you should visit the service center directly.

Galaxy Shello,
I believe this would help in other scenarios but I agree that the lowest volume setting for the S23 Ultra is far too loud anybody in your radius will hear enough to make out what you're talking about. I use my iPhone for all call related activities, hope to see an update for something like this.
Keep up the fantastic work-
