Caller names don't show on my galaxy watch 6 although names saved on my s23 ultra

Calling experience with s23 ultra is trashThe sound is too high even if I lowered it to its minimum. Also, the sound goes up during the call without increasing it or even being increased on the volume bar

I always when I use samsung pay on my s23 ultra the payment doesn't occur from thr first time and usually from the second it works ..any solutions?

My s23 ultra sound during calls is so loud even I lowered the voice to the minimum...any solutions?
