Dear Samsung Members

I bring into your knowledge that samsung is going to loose his market soon because I am eco friendly of samsung and since 7 Year using Samsung Flagship phone due to their consistency on product and performance improvement but in recent time they are loosing their consistency due to its bad update. 
One UI 7.1 is worse update of samsung phone ever. Recent I got the update One UI 7.1 and one security patch update, my phone started hanging, heating, system UI errors and Process error and restarting unexpectedly too much. 

This is not a single case which is happening with me there are lots of users are facing this issue in one UI 7.0 and after update.

I would like to request with samsung team, please work on this issue because we likes to use samsung due to better Processor, Camera and best clean UI/OS with eco friendly compatibility.

Hope you would understand and put your effort to resolve this. Don't loose your old customer !!

Yes agreed oneui 7 is full of bugs it seems like a beta software, samsung need to improve this **bleep** software otherwise they will loose many customers.
