After os update , system UI is totally collapsed for the past 2-3 days. Mobile keep on restarting saying as one ui is not responding.

I updated to one ui version 7.

It's really hectic to face the issue, not able to handle daily routine of business and transactions.
Even I have tried the cache wipe out option and reboot system using USB cable. As guided in the community forum , but still mobile is in same state.

Kindly help .

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

→ If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

● Galaxy device performance issue: ● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third party application.

Hi thank you for the steps. As you said during reboot, system uninstalled 3 apps (whatsapp, facebook, instagram) from the phone and past 2-3 hrs mobile is stable. But these 3 apps only i am using frequently.

All of them are authorised apps used globally and not illegal.
Also in this Digital Era how one could be there without these appa, atleast whatsapp is needed.

I have wiped the cache memory, cleaned cache , stopped background apps. Nothing stopped rebooting and only after 3 apps uninstall it's stable for while
