Galaxy S1. Check for Software Updates:
* Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
* Install any pending updates, as they often include bug fixes and performance improvements that might resolve the issue.
2. Restart in Safe Mode:
* Power off your phone.
* Press and hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears.
* Quickly press and hold the Volume Down button until the device boots up.
* "Safe Mode" will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Safe Mode disables third-party apps. If the restarting stops in Safe Mode, it indicates that a third-party app is causing the problem. Try uninstalling recently installed apps or disabling apps you suspect might be causing issues.
3. Clear Cache Partition:
* Power off your phone.
* Press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons together until the Samsung logo appears.
* Release the buttons and then press and hold the Volume Down button.
* Use the Volume buttons to navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press the Power button to select it.
* Once complete, select "reboot system now."
Clearing the cache partition deletes temporary system files that might be corrupted.
4. Reset Network Settings:
* Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
* This will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile network settings to their defaults. You'll need to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords.
5. Factory Reset (Last Resort):
* Back up your important data.
* Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, it might be a hardware issue. In that case, it's best to take your phone to a Samsung service center for diagnosis and repair.
Here are some additional tips:
* Avoid using third-party chargers or cables.
* Keep your phone's software up to date.
* Don't overcharge your phone.
* Avoid extreme temperatures.
I hope these steps help you resolve the restarting issue on your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G SD888.
