Galaxy SHere’s a community post you can use to get help for your Samsung S23 issue:
Hi everyone,
I’m facing a serious issue with my Samsung S23. My phone hangs completely for about a minute and then automatically switches off. This happens frequently, and I’m unable to use my phone properly.
I have tried:
✔ Restarting the phone
✔ Clearing cache
✔ Closing background apps
But the problem still persists.
Has anyone else faced this issue? What can I do to fix it? Should I go for a software update or a factory reset? Any suggestions would be really helpful!
Thanks in advance!
You can post this on Samsung’s official community forums or Reddit’s Samsung section to get responses from experts and other users. Would you like additional troubleshooting steps?

Galaxy S1. Check for Software Updates Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to see if any updates are available. Samsung often releases patches for performance issues. 2. Boot into Safe Mode (to check if a third-party app is causing the issue) Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears. Tap and hold the “Power Off” option until “Safe Mode” appears, then tap it. Use your phone normally and see if it still hangs. If the problem stops in Safe Mode, an installed app is the issue—uninstall recent apps. 3. Check Battery & Temperature Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings > Battery Usage See if any app is draining excessive battery or causing overheating. 4. Wipe Cache Partition (Fixes Corrupted System Files) Turn off the phone. Press and hold Power + Volume Up until the Samsung logo appears. Use volume buttons to navigate to “Wipe Cache Partition” and press Power to confirm. 5. Factory Reset (Last Resort)
If nothing works, a factory reset might fix deep system issues.
Backup everything first! Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset.
If the problem continues even after a factory reset, it might be a hardware issue, and you should visit a Samsung Service Center for a checkup.
