I received an update on my device, and few of the apps automatically got updated. After installing the update my phone is constantly restarting wile using apps or performing basic functions.

The phone freezes everytime I try to perform some task, and the it restarts. I was not able to access the Gallery, an error appeared saying "samsung cloud keeps stopping" . Then I uninstalled cloud update and I was able to access Gallery.

Now many of the Apps are not working and the phone frequently restarts.

Gallery not accessible.

Clearing cache you will not lose data
But reinstalling os you will lose

You can use smart switch for backup
But remember while restore the data just restore data images videos don't restore settings or apps

This is not because of any Third party app that I installed or due to lack of storage. I have been using my phone in this state since ages. This is due to the latest update that I installed. The code has bugs, testing was not done correctly on all devices. The device that I'm using is top variant, and such issues are not expected. Please fix this issue ASAP or else I shall have to give up on Samsung devices. I am not able to use WhatsApp either. If this continues I shall file legal complaint against the brand.
