S10 moisture detected in port( Know error)

On a recorded line with the customer care executive of samsung I came to know that samsung is miss selling products like S10 claiming them to be IP68(i.e resists water at 1.5m for 30min) while the samsung care says it can only defend water splashes. I have a recording and i ll try to take this to court.
Strange to hear when you spend 66 Grands on a flagship being fraud.
Continued with a common known issue around the globe: "Moisture detected in the port" without any possible trace or contact of water.
This may flash while charging or permanently. Initially you can bypass the popup/notification by pressing OK or charging while switched off(suggested by samsung service centre maneger noida sector 51) ,but eventually fast charging will change to normal or cable charging also detoriating the speed of charge.
As the port is non detachable from motherboard,service centre have the only solution to this as motherboard replacement costing 22000 INR but free of charge if the phone comes under warranty.
So what happens if your warranty falls within lockdown. Like the end of my S10's warranty was end April 2020 when the service centre was closed and red zone restriction was continued for quite a while. So i was waiting for the pandemic situation to be in control. Now that i could reach samsung service centre,they have refused the warranty.They have also rejected to check or clean the port which is 700 INR chargeble as the maneger says there is no garauntee of waterproofness unless the motherboard is replaced. In short he meant no other option expect going for a chargeble motherboard replacement. If samsung is not going to take ownership in this case and issue then i am not going to waste a single penny on samsung from now on. I mean if they have a known issue for a flagship model which could not complete even a year without glitch & issue then its fraud more than shame. My mother is using S9+ which had the same issue but we got it repaired as it was out warranty last year when no pandemic situation was present. But now I see this is a repeatative issue in all S series phone and Samsung is doing nothing about it, instead coning has become their option to avoid warranty reparing. Entire globe is adjusting the warranties of their product but samsung will not do it even when the issue is their own and common. Instead you service centre says we extended the warranty but unfortunately you might have not received the notification( what kind of joke/pathetic service) 
So if this means my phone will not be taken care by samsung then i guess i ll have to buy a new phone and its definitely not going to be samsung.
Earlier slow charging, heating of battery seemed to be usage issue,but now that i have gone through so many moisture detected forms and posts,i have come to a conclusion that the port issue is the cause of everything and its a manufacturing fault. Guys dont go for S series (especially S10) if you really want to go for a flagship phone then go for Iphone(though i havent used iphone yet) cz ownership and a quality product is expected when you spend so much on a flagship phone. Clearly the service centre's attitude was like "dude,why did you go for samsung when you had such a great budget"

moisture amd water trace are two different things . metals are prone to moisture when it is compact like a smartphone or a tiny box ..

main issue is when phone alerts you moisture ( tiny particles of aerosols causes moisture in metals or such things ) detected never ever plug the charger and put your charger hole towards a fan for few minutes . continued air flow will reduce moisture. heat or hot air blow also can rise the risk of moisture most of the time . ...

atleast 30 minutes keep the charging port towards a fan air blow .also the charger cable part

water trace is vapour, moisture is different

moisture can be caused because of aerosol solid substances, water substance, aerosol oils, odd temperature etc

2nd precaution: look for micro dust particles in port , cleam them .

It say moisture detected. but why cant service centre try to figure aerosol oils or solid. i tried the fan method as you know all these info and trouble shooting is available in the first search result of google,youtube and samsung community. but fan is not helping. i cant se any visible particles with naked eyes. Now it occasionally detects charging,its getting worse everyday. Service centre says then can try to check and clean which is 700INR chargeble..i agreed but then they gave a condition that if this fixes the issue then they can return the phone with waterproofness but if it doesnot fix the issue then i will have to pay for motherboard replacement which if i decline then they will pack the phone and return without waterproof test.
though my phone should be counted under warranty as it expired during pandemic quarantine when the service centre was closed

Just for arguments sake let's assume that there is water and wired charging is not working. How about wireless charging? If wireless charging works then there is no need to spend a heft amount to replace motherboard right? Does anyone use wireless charging here, Share your thoughts.

wireless charging 2.0 is the fastest with 12w that samsung provides, yet it increases the full charging time by aprox an 90mins. on top of it i am not sure if its good in long-term or regular basis usage. Clearly its not a permanent solution, This can surely fry the motherboard in long term for sure.
The problem is that this issue is eventually occuring in almost all S10 models and other S series devices as well. So this should be taken under serious consideration. Also should be counted under warranty unless if any service centre was open in the month of april or anyone was allowed to visit service centre during quarantine. Normally they are aware of the issue at such extent that service centre is recommending motherboard replacement without even holding the phone in their hands but free only if under warranty!!

Once the phone warranty period expires they never care. Unless your phone miraculously fixes itself Samsung will always try to loot you. Also no matter what the smartphone(not just samsung) companies claims about water resistance they will never cover any damage related to water in warranty. Standard Water resistance testing is based on fresh water. Cinsumer Electronics never gets along with water. That's the sad truth. atleast for now.

I agree! But in the current case moisture detected issue is showing when there has been no water contact ever made(service centre confirmed no trace of water) 

So basically the port bug of S series is created to draw more money from customers, for now all that i care is samsung accepting my phone under warranty which ended in April 2020 while due to quarantine no service centre was open/operative. I took the issue to CEO desk, lets see if there is any progress,if they wont help then this is the last gadget i ll be using from samsung.
