I'm unable to charge my phone since I have updated my s22 ultra to September 2023 security patch.

I'm tried connecting to 45W charger and 25 W samsung original charger. Same error poops up.
I have even clearing cache memory of USBSettings and Android system. Still I'm unable to charge my phone.
Is there any another remedy or recommendation to charge my phone without losing the data inside device.

Note- device was never dipped into water nor was in contact with water.

Very disappointed to see that there are multiple people have reported similar issues yet there are no proper solution or guidelines from samsung official.

Recommendation- Do not update the September security patch.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly try to charge with another charger and use the genuine Samsung charger.

Clear your USB cache: Settings > Apps > Tap the Filter and Sort icon > Move the switch to the right to enable Show system apps > Tap OK > USB settings > Tap Storage > Tap Clear cache.

Unplug your device from the charger, then wipe with a dry cloth or gently shake your device (5-10 times) with the port facing downwards to release any excess moisture. Place your phone on a cloth in a well-ventilated area, or dry it with a fan.

Note: Excessive force or shaking may cause damage to your phone. When shaking your device, be gentle. You may get a Moisture-detected error even if your phone did not come into contact with water. Exposure to environments with high humidity may cause this. Try drying your device, and if your charging port is completely dry, restart your phone. Check that your device is placed directly in the center of the pad, without any obstructions in the way.

In case the issue still occurs. Please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
