Moisture detection while charging

Hi users

Wheneven my phone gets completely battery drained off/ phone battery percentage goes to nil-0%. And on putting back to charger it shows ⚠️ 💧 MOISTURE DETECTION! 

I tried to use other charger it shows the same, I cleaned it, I shows the same. As far as I know there is no water accidents or any kind of liquid splash. Plus

I have to use powerbank to bring 1% so that I can power on the phone . After that there is no problem in charging with normal samsung power adapter via A.C(alternating current) Current. And no moisture detection seen.

Sometimes it also shows in cool temp. Areas due to precipitation, but do check any other possibilities.
