Am I the only one who is suffering from the connectivity of S10+ with WiFi 

if the signal is weak its impossible to find the network

The first thing I would check is, if 2.4 band is enabled in my router - it should be enabled for long distance connectivity.

On your phone, you might try the wifi settings under intelligent wifi/ advanced settings.

Network Reset:
Navigate to "Settings" on your device.
Go to "General Management" or "Connections."
Select "Reset," and then choose "Reset network settings."
Confirm the action and allow your device to reset network settings.

Forget and Reconnect to WiFi Network:
Open "Settings" on your phone.
Go to "Connections" or "Connections & Network."
Select "WiFi" and find the network causing issues.
Tap on the network, choose "Forget," and then reconnect by entering the WiFi password.

Safe Mode:
Boot your Galaxy S10+ into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the WiFi problem.
Press and hold the power button until "Power off" appears.
Long-press "Power off" until "Safe Mode" is displayed.
Confirm and observe the WiFi performance in Safe Mode.

Update Software:
Ensure that your device has the latest software updates installed.
Go to "Settings," select "Software update," and check for updates.

Router Check:
Confirm that your WiFi router is working correctly and is not experiencing any issues.
Restart your router and check the signal strength in different areas of your home.
