Seems like dead pixels (but we can't say for sure).

Go to the Support tab of the Members app, access Phone diagnostic and test the touch screen. It will test each and every pixel. Repeat it until you test the complete screen.

The touch screen working very good. And there is no dead pixel that's weird

Try removing any case that has a magnetic attachment.
