I have never seen a S20 FE 5G automatically restarting. I recommend taking a backup of your device immediately in case it fails completely. And get it checked at a service center as soon as possible.

Also, did you install any app or software update recently?

I remember having same issue with A71 devices. coz of board issue . After doing all the troubleshooting, still having the problem, then contact service center.

Or try using your phone in safe mode. For a while
