Display issue

My phone screen went full white to green and now i can see mild flicker movement. 

I tried everything safe mode, clear cache, display, refresh rate etc still nothing..

Can you help how can i get this sorted its just 1 year old phone. 

Also, there is no damage of phone or screen

Is it more than 1 year old.. if yes then bad luck bro. If No, then you can go to samaung store to repair it without any cost..
