Just check fast charging option is on.Check how much time it takes till 50% then how much to 80 to 90% ( to see where it takes too much time).Then visit another service center and tell them its taking 2 and half to 3 hours sometimes . Takes screensho...
Lol.. No, i even got frnds using for 2 years.. none reported issue regarding charging time...this is the first time I'm hearing 2 nd half hours.. I think even 15watts won't take that much time considering 4500mah..Some have problems with battery back...
