Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue I’ve encountered with my Samsung smartphone following a recent official software update.

Device Details:

Model: Samsung Galaxy S22 5g

Issue Date: 16th June 2025

Service Center Visited: 16th June 2025 at samsung authorised service centre at UNA-362560

Issue Summary:

After updating my device through official channels, the system began showing repeated errors such as:
'"System UI isn't responding "

“One UI Home isn't responding”

“Process system isn't responding”

Despite following all standard troubleshooting steps, including performing a factory reset, the issue persisted. I then visited an authorized Samsung service center, where the technician diagnosed a corrupted RAM IC on the motherboard, requiring a full motherboard replacement.

They'll not cover it for free. Better get that ic replaced there are ppl who do it. Don't waste time wandering to Service centre.
