Notification disappearing issue

Hi. I just got S23 and sfter setting up notifications from Instagram, Reddit and YouTube are disappearing. Like when I'm using the phone I do get a pop up but then when I upen notification panel, the notifications disappears.
When phone is locked. I get a notification but when I open the phone within a second the notifications dissappear.
I even checked the notification settings and also tried reinstalling the app but noth8ng changed.
Please share any information regarding the same.

Update: the problem is now solved. There was an app called 'Notisave' which had acces to all the notifications and was causing the problem. Found a 2 year old YouTube tutorial on how to fix the issue. Thank you for your time.

May be due to battery optimization settings. Battery optimization kill your app in background to save battery, I think that's why notification disappeared. Try this: Go to settings > Apps > instagram (this is for example, you choose apps as per your choice) than go to 'Battery' and than choose 'Unrestricted' option.

Thanks for the reply. But after checking everything and putting the app in unrestricted mode. I'm still getting the same issue.
By any chance do you know whom should I contacts to get thus issue fixed? Should I return the phone?

i am glade that your problem solved 😊👍. Btw I suggest you don't use untrusted app, use built in 'Notification History' feature.
